The Nefxi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Nefxi Technologies. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nefxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any transactions conducted through the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
