Yes, the Nefxi online marketplace is free to use for both buyers and sellers. You can access Nefxi through the website or by downloading and installing the mobile app from either the Play Store or App Store.
How can I benefit from Nefxi as a seller?
As a seller, you can post up to 5 listings on the Nefxi online marketplace for free. Just access the website or app, click on sign up, create a free account, modify your profile, and proceed to post your product listings.
How can I benefit from Nefxi as a buyer?
As a buyer, browse through the listings, and if you find a favorable product, contact our reputable sellers by sending a message on the product listing page or requesting a callback.
How can I save items for later?
To save favorites or keep track of your searched items, create a free account or log in to your existing account, click the specific product listing, click the bookmark icon in the product description section, and it will be saved to your favorites.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, access Nefxi, click the sign-up button, and choose whether you want to create an individual account or a shop's/business account. Provide your personal information, email, and phone number. Next, proceed to create a strong password and create your account. Remember to verify your account through the verification email sent to your inbox.
How do I browse products or services?
There are several ways to browse on Nefxi: • Write the product name in the search bar. • Click "All Categories" on the menu bar and choose a category. • On the homepage, filter by location, category, price range, or condition. • Scroll down to see all categories or recently added listings.

How do I buy an item on Nefxi?
Scroll through the products in the different categories. When you find an ideal item, send a message to the seller through the app or request a callback. The sellers respond promptly, and you can discuss further about the item you want to purchase.
How do I contact a seller?
On the specific listing, you can either opt to send a message or request a callback from the seller.
Can I negotiate prices with sellers?
Some sellers have fixed pricing, while some are open to negotiation; you need to enquire directly with the seller.
How do I know if a listing is genuine?
On Nefxi, we verify sellers' shops. If a seller is verified, their profile will show a "Verified" badge. We do due diligence with sellers on our platform to ensure only genuine listings are showcased.
What should I do if a seller doesn't respond?
Be a little patient; they will get back to you as soon as they see the notification. On the product listing page, you can also see an estimate of how long the seller typically takes to respond.
Posting a Listing
How do I post an item for sale?
Sign in or sign up on Nefxi, then click the option to sell or post a listing. Provide the item's images, product title, description, condition, location, delivery fees, and price. Once done, click "Publish Listing".
Is there a fee for listing products/services?
No, currently there is no fee for listing products or services on Nefxi. However, we are rolling out subscription plans in the near future that will allow you to post a wider range of listings.
How can I make my listing stand out?
To make your listing stand out: • Use clear, high-quality photos. • Write an elaborate title with brand, model, and condition details. • Provide a thorough product description. • Be honest about what you are selling.
What items are not allowed on Nefxi?
Any illegal items, as governed by the law of Kenya, are not allowed on the Nefxi digital marketplace.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Sign in to your Nefxi account and click the "My Listings" option on your account's menu to edit or delete your existing listings.
Payment & Delivery
Does Nefxi handle payments, or is it direct between users?
Payments are direct between the users. However, be sure to read our safety tips to protect yourself when selling or making purchases.
How do I avoid scams when transacting?
Read our safety tips available in the app. We also recommend meeting in safe, public locations and verifying the seller's verified badge before transacting.
Does Nefxi offer delivery services?
No, currently we do not offer delivery services. You have to liaise directly with the seller to arrange delivery or pickup.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the location of both the buyer and the seller, as well as the arrangement made between both parties.
Can I pick up items directly from the seller?
Yes, you can go and pick up items directly from the seller. When you find a product you want to purchase, send a message or request a callback, then discuss the pickup arrangement.
User Protection
How does Nefxi protect users from fraud?
We verify sellers to protect our users from fraud. If a seller has the verified badge on their profile, they are verified. Unverified sellers will not display the badge.
How are sellers and shops verified on Nefxi?
Nefxi verifies sellers through their shop/business information, including business registration documents, KRA PIN, National ID or Passport, and other relevant details.
How can I get verified on Nefxi?
Create a shop/business account and fill in the required details. On the shop's overview dashboard, click the verification link under Business Tools. Fill in your business name, phone number, email, description, and location. You will also need to attach your KRA PIN, Business Registration Certificate, National ID or Passport, and County Business Permit (optional). Our team will verify your application within 24–48 hours.
How secure is my data on Nefxi?

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the "Reset" link near the Forgot Password text on the login screen and enter the email you used to create your account. You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I update my profile information?
Sign in to your account and click the "Edit Profile" option. Customize your profile as needed.
Why can't I log in to my account?
You won't be able to log in if you haven't entered the correct email and password. Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password if needed.
How do I delete my account?
Log in to your account, click on your profile name, and in the menu click the option to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions until done.
Featured Listings & Subscription Plans
How can I boost my listing for more views?
You can boost your listing by having it featured on Nefxi and sharing it on social media. Make sure you have a high-quality image, a well-written description, a competitive price, your location, and the item's condition.
Does Nefxi offer featured listings or ads?
Yes, Nefxi offers featured listings to give your products more visibility. The full feature is currently being rolled out — stay tuned for updates.
Does Nefxi offer any subscription tiers?
Not yet, but subscription plans are coming soon. You will be able to choose either the Starter or Professional package. The Starter plan allows up to 50 listings, while the Professional plan allows up to 200 listings, plus additional benefits.
Is there a mobile app for Nefxi?
Yes, the Nefxi app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
